On November 20, 2014, the Commercial Operations Department conducted employee training with the theme of “Enhancement of Self-Leadership”. Management is a process of influence. A leader who wants to implement leadership must have corresponding influence, that is, the appeal and work forces that one person can produce to the others. This is an important factor that can transform individual power into collective or group power, and is the boosting power to success.
